Type the address into the bar at the top, or tap the link your coach sent.

Tap the Share button
At the bottom of Safari you'll see a row of icons. Tap Share, the square with an arrow pointing up.

Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
A sheet slides up. Scroll past the share targets until you see Add to Home Screen.

Tap "Add" in the top right
Confirm the name BeFit and tap Add.

That's it. The app launches full-screen, no browser bar, and stays signed in.

The Share / Install option isn't there
You're probably in the wrong browser. iPhone needs Safari, Android needs Chrome. Brave, Firefox, and DuckDuckGo do not support installation.
Clear cache (iPhone Safari)
Settings → Apps → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. Then reopen Safari and try again.
Clear cache (Android Chrome)
Chrome → ⋮ menu → Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Cached images and files.
