I’m Mirza, founder of Be Fit and Strong. I coach clients in Dubai and online using an evidence-based, data-driven approach focused on one thing: real progress. My coaching is built around structure, consistency, and measurable results — not guesswork, random workouts, or one-size-fits-all plans.
My method combines training programming, nutrition strategy, and performance tracking into one system. I look at the details that actually matter: progression from session to session, recovery, execution, body composition changes, and long-term adherence. Every adjustment has a reason, and every step is designed to move you forward in a sustainable way.
