    Great post, inversion is a great technique for low back pain relief. You need to be careful and you should still stretch. If you only ever use one technique for back pain relief then you will only remove only part of the cause. Inversion really helps, I know as I use it in my practice – and I’m a Chiropractor. So it depends on the techniques you use that will determine how successful your treatment is.

    Great post and many more people can use and benefit from inversion.
