Free Online Exercise Videos

After months of scouring the internet for free online exercise videos, I discovered several things:

  • Many free online exercise videos were in fact not free. You had to join a weight loss or fitness program to get access to them. All videos found on BeFitAndStrong.com are 100 percent FREE.
  • Most videos showed just one perspective. In other words, you didn't get to see the exercise performed from front, side and back. You only saw them from one position. When appropriate, my videos show you various angles of an exercise so you get the whole picture.
  • Most videos provided no audio instruction. And if they did, it was from the person demonstrating the video. In my videos the person demonstrating is doing just that...demonstrating. I found when the person demonstrating tried to narrate the video, important points got missed. So narration was added separately to each video.
  • Most videos only showed you how it should look and didn't show you common mistakes and how to avoid them. These videos will show you both what to do and what not to do. Sometimes it's more helpful to see what not to do.

By performing exercises with perfect form, you get maximum fitness and weight loss results in minimum time while minimizing the risk of serious personal injury.
