  • Any kind of squat. “They hurt like #*!? but keep my butt looking nice and round :-)

  • Pizza and chocolate (couldn’t pick just one)

  • Taco Soup from The Formula 40/30/30. It’s delicious, nutritious, uses only one pot to cook and cooks in 30-minutes. What could be better?

The Purpose of BeFitandStrong.com

As a personal fitness coach, the most frustrating thing for me was giving someone the information they needed to succeed and watching them disregard it…week after week, month after month. In the end, I became a glorified babysitter for executives whose bank accounts exceeded their desire to get healthier.

    I think your videos are fantastic– the best! You explain the proper alignment and the demos are very clear. I wish you taught in the Boston (Mass– USA) area. Who is the woman who demo’s the exercises? I want to be liker her!
