Losing fat only from your butt or your abs is an impossibility. You lose fat from your entire body. If your butt and your lower abs seem to be problem areas, then they will likely be the last areas to become lean.

My suggestion is to read the articles I&#039;ve written on nutrition and weight training.

Only with a balanced nutrition program and regular weight training and cardiovascular exercise will you see consistent results.

Unfortunately, you just can&#039;t lose fat from one specific area.</description>
